The Challenge:
Google’s event “Let’s talk about AI, Cloud OnAir: The journey from big data to AI” was taking place simultaneously in 4 locations around the world – America, Europe, Asia, Oceania.

Google’s own AI experts were discussing the data analytics and ML technology used to power their services like Search, Android, and Gmail, and then offering actionable insights so viewers could build a competitive AI strategy for their business.
How could an event taking place in 4 locations around the world, at the same time, be streamed to a global live audience?
We needed teams on the ground in each location. They needed to work together to switch between locations whilst maintaining consistency of filming and brand.

Over the past 24 hours our global teams have executed a special event for Google, kicking off in California, then switching to Singapore and finishing off in London. Each segment lasted 6 hours and switched between live and pre-recorded content.”
