Are you worried that the COVID-19 outbreak is going to halt the live and virtual events you have planned? We’ve already seen a huge number of planned events being cancelled or postponed until later this year, causing disruption and monetary losses. Dreamtek has a solution in the form of remote event support packages, solutions we have been delivering for years.
The solutions designed by our team of engineers include customisable, brandable and interactive products that allow you to stream content live, including content sharing.
If you are an event organiser and the current restrictions are hindering your work, causing you to lose income, join our webinar to explore your live event remote support options.
Join our webinar to understand how live streaming remote events can still work. Tom will provide insight into:
- Pre-production to ensure remote live events run smoothly: thorough network testing and presenter coaching prior to live events (critical).
- The option to pre-record all or some of the segments and still stream live, allowing for maximum flexibility in this difficult time.
- Vision mixing between presentation slides and presenter video managed by a remote technical producer.
- Media asset management: branding and graphics implementation.
- Post Production: edits and event playback content formatting.
- Delivery of intro, outro and any additional media assets.
Our remote event support packages, powered by Dreamtek engineers, are available under various agreements to suit your needs. You may need to run multiple location events mixed together for your audience or a whole week’s worth of recordings pre-recorded and compiled for a larger group of presenters.

Head of Video Services, EMEA
Tom has spent the last 15 years in the learning & development world, from training young apprentices to managing a department of content creators. Five years ago Tom was given the opportunity to revolutionise the way PSA Peugeot Citroen carried out their dealership training and as result developed and implemented a very successful virtual learning system which today equates for over 75% of their training offer and is now used in over 50 markets worldwide. In the last three years the lens has shifted to the creation of video content that engages the viewer and motivates them to self learn at the moment of need. In recent years Tom has also ran a corporate TV channel that encompasses learning content and again changed the shape of learning within the organisation.
Tom has joined Dreamtek to evangelise about the use of digital media in L&D and help clients realise the goal of implementing corporate TV shows and engaging training media content.
